Acclaimed Norfolk-based executive chef, Keith McDowell is at the helm of catering for Unique Norfolk Venues and has held positions at some of the UK’s best restaurants, including London’s two Michelin-starred, The Square and one-starred, St JOHN. On your wedding day, our in-house chefs will provide a delicious selection of welcome canapes and drinks, as well as the sit-down dinner for your wedding breakfast.
You’ll have a choice of menus to pick from at Unique Norfolk Venues and you will be invited along to our annual tasting event. Of course, if you’d prefer something a little more bespoke, their team will work with you to create an entirely different roster of dishes to suit you and your day.
The standard menus are brimming with locally sourced, sophisticated and seasonal dishes. To whet your appetite, we could serve Tiger Prawn Tempura and Crispy Duck Tartlets, alongside a glass of crisp Champagne or a fruity alternative. When it comes to your wedding breakfast, tables will be set in the Great Barn and beautifully dressed for the food that will follow. Imagine Crayfish and Brancaster Crab Cocktail, Prosciutto-Wrapped Pork Loin, Eight-Hour Braised Beef Cheek or Soy-Glazed Pork Belly followed by treats like dark chocolate brownie and passion fruit tart, perfect for kids and grown-ups alike.
An excellent wine and beverage selection is also available, whether you choose to have a complimentary or cash bar at your reception.
